Do enhancement pills work?

I bought a 6 month supply of enhancement pills and only used 2 months then stopped because I was see no results and also because u have to take them 3 times a day and I kept forgetting. Is it possible that I just didn't give them enough time to start working or are all enhancement pills a waste of time and money?
