In Iran, after counting votes in voting places, how do they add up all the votes?

After counting the ballots in the voting places, they have to transmit the results to a central counting place where all the vote counts are tabulated for a final tally. How do they do it in Iran? Do they have a computerized system of securely transmitting these data or do they bring the canved votes by hand to the central counting place?
