Publix drug test, should I be worried.?

Thursday morning, I came into work at Publix at 1am and the manager did a drug test on me around 1:30am where I spit a sample of saliva into a cup and he dipped the stick in the cup. Yesterday afternoon around 3pm, I drinked some alcohol like a 24oz can of Joose and a 24oz can of Steel Reserve, but didn't drink anymore after 4pm. Other than that, the night before I took a couple pills of the store brand pain reliever thats a sleep aid to help me fall also. (figured I'd do that instead of drinking more alcohol because I didn't want to go to work under the influence, then before coming in, I drinked a good amount of diet coke (no alcohol). I'm thinking by the time I got drug tested, all the alcohol from early the previous afternoon should've cleared my system and by that time just felt like I had alot of caffiene in my system. Should I be worried about failing the drug test? I don't smoke or do any other drugs.
