Why are many Marines arrogant, and why do they have so many shoddy, dubious characters as recruits?

Your acting like a punk now and her so called friend is not a true friend for telling you what she said. I'd rather have my Navy, Air Force, Army, Coast Guard and my Marines friends around me than anybody else.
