Relieving female blue ball syndrome?

Sorry to read of your delima but there is nothing wrong with you helping yourself out you don't have to wait a few days go for it every day if that helps. I know for me as a male I take care it once ever couple of days in the shower (for the last two yrs)it is an easy clean up and nobody knows but you. You must have had a active life at one point and now it has changed, sorry to hear of it. But be kind to yourself a little more often it is OK.
