Please Help! Capitilization Question?

I am writing an outline for a report that i am required to do about Mark Twain. In my outline i am required to capitalize important English words(for example, just like how you would write the title of a book). This is worth a large part of my grade so i was just confirming that personal pronouns such as "he", and "she" are NOT considered important words and do NOT need to be capitalized, please, please correct me if im wrong! Any help greatly appreciated!
