Gold Member accepted update (not upgrade) into all day nightmare!?
Since purchasing the Incredimail system, I have had one problem after another. Not able to access mail. Finally able to get that working. Now, received a pop-up stating an update was available. Accepted it and am now unable to receive my mail. It opens and shows error 535 authorization failed. I went back and re-configured everything. Still nothing. Going over and over trying different things...nothing. The huge problem is that I cannot find any answers to this problem. Can't locate a way to e-mail or find a phone # for istance. I just want to go back to Internet Explorer. Had no problems. Don't know how to do that. Tried to get help from Yahoo.....no access? Spent all day on this issue....need my mail!! Critical business messages! Help??!
