How do i tell my mom that i might be pregnant?

im only 16 how do i tell my mom that i might be pregnant.she told me that if i get pregnant she will throw me out the house or i will go to jail and my boyfriend will neva see me or his baby agin.i dont know what to do... please no negative coments!!!!!
