Mad Cow Disease?? Mad Chicken Disease?

Ok so we all know here is an epidemic known as mad cow disease, many meat consumers may have it and not know it. What really baffles me is that we have a restaurant known as pollo loco "yumm" which in spanish translates to Mad Chicken. So are they feeding us chickens with mad chicken disease?
