My alto sax isn't playing C#.?

The C# is coming out flat, like a C natural. There is nothing visibly wrong with the instrument, though the overall sound quality of the instrument is a little stuffier than usual, by which I mean kind of nasal-sounding, as opposed to clear and articulate.
