Does my boyfriend care about me?

alright . we started dating and he was cool and sweet .then as time went by he changed i hardly see him,he doesn't even text me. if i don't he wouldn't. also he became so arrogant towards me .after dat i broke up with him .i loved him so so much so he asked me to take him back and i accepted .i thought he was gonna change but he became worse. i haven't spoken to him in like 1 month .what should i do? please help .shoud i break up with him?
