Torn back & chest ligaments very painful has anyone eles suffered a simular problem?
I recently having been attending a gym cl indoor cycling (spinning). My instructor went on holiday & the cl had a temporary instructor who had a very tough routine. I statred suffering with a bad pain/ ache by my shoulder blade that spread down either side of my back & around the front of my chest.. I was really worried so took myself to A&E, they told me I had husk damage (torn, sprained ligament) & yes the pain can spread & be severe, I was given pain killers & told it could take 6 weeks to heal. Anyway I was due to go on Holiday & A&E said I was fit for travel & was what was needed to heal..for two weeks in spain no pain just the odd twinge..When I returned home I was ok for a few days, now the onset of the pain is returning not sure if its going to get as bad as it was - but I cant quiet undestand how I got better & now the awful pain may start again. Anyone who does cycling or exercise have you sufferd a simmular injury ?
